NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MULTIPLE ENTRY DEADLINES APPLY. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENLTY RESIDING IN CALIFORNIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in NE or AL) OR OLDER. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE. 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The time clock of the Promotion Administrator’s (as defined below) computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the code on Pepsi displays in participating retailers to be taken to BigGamePepsi.com/Food4Less (the “Website”), or visit BigGamePepsi.com/Food4Less (the “Website”) directly. Scanning the code will is not required to participate/enter. Once at the Website, follow the on-screen instructions for submitting an entry. You will be required to provide your name, mailing address (PO Boxes not accepted), phone number, email address and date of birth and agree to these Official Rules (“Entry”, or collectively “Entries”). See Section 5 for Entry deadlines.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, email address and/or household per day throughout Sweepstakes Period. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT of that same day.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email, wireless phone number or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and in some instances, will not be acknowledged. Each Entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Entries (including but not limited to Entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete Entries. Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

3. ELIGIBILITY: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN CALIFORNIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by Sponsors to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win: Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six months, held employment with or performed services for Pepsi-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, PepsiCo, Inc., Promotion Security Group (“Administrator”), Food 4 Less, a banner of The Kroger Co., their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies, participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes). No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win a prize or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LXI on February 14, 2027 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,000.00.
Grand Prize Conditions: Transportation, accommodations, upgrades, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, incidentals, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. The guest may be a minor only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. All prize-related events are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related events or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a change, cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or their guest is, for any reason, not permitted to redeem all prize elements. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize at any time and send winner and their guest home immediately if winner and/or their guest engages in behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during a prize-related event. The winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.

Game is subject to change and cancellation. Winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of a Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Winners and their guests may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Ticket redemption may require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winners may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at the stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Winners are solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. WiFi is provided at the stadium. Winners and guests must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL game/event/exhibition or for cash. The Released Parties and/or venue operator reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Game or otherwise violates the applicable fan code of conduct. Game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

FIRST PRIZES: Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $100 Food 4 Less, a banner of The Kroger Co., gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100. Gift card prizes are subject to the terms stated on the gift card or as otherwise set by the card issuer.
Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $9,000.

5. DRAWINGS: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings as set forth below from among all eligible entries received during each drawing’s Entry Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Promotion Security Group (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final.
All Entry Periods begin ay 12:00:00 am PT on 10/15/26 and end at 11:59 pm PT on the Entry Deadline dates specificized. Any non-winning entries remain eligible for subsequent drawings.

The Sponsor and Administrator will determine, in their sole discretion, which entries are deemed valid entries, and their decisions and the result of the drawing will be final and binding in all respects. While reasonable efforts to award all prizes will be made by Sponsor, unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person/address/phone number/household during the entire Sweepstakes.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event any portion of the prize becomes unavailable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with participating), and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Prize winners will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize. If applicable, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win prizes. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.

7. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or BigGamePepsi.com/Food4Less (the “Website”); or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY EQUIPMENT OR WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSBILE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:: Sponsor and the NFL Entities (defined below), assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes or from the Website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted at participating stores and a random drawing(s) may be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsors or any of their affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct errors in promotional materials. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agencies, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities’) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by phone call or email at the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within three (3) days of attempted winner notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit. If any potential winner is (i) disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) declines to accept a prize; (iii) does not reply to notification as stated above, the prize may be forfeited. Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for any prize won. Any difference between stated approximate value of prize and actual value of prize will not be awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely each winner’s responsibility. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless, land line or online service or change in mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated within these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in the case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners residing within an eligible state. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants, as a condition of participation, and all winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Sponsors, NFL Entities and Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. The winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prizes and/or prize documentation after it has been delivered. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor, except manufacturer’s standard written warranty included in the prize packaging. Except where prohibited by law, winner grants to Sponsors and Promotion Parties the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known, the winner’s name, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsors or Promotion Parties.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE ANY EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.

12. 4. PREMIOS: GRAN PREMIO: Se otorgará un (1) Gran Premio, consistente en dos (2) boletos para el Super Bowl LXI, que se celebrará el 14 de febrero de 2027 en el SoFi Stadium de Inglewood, California. Valor aproximado de venta al público (“ARV”): $8,000.00.

Condiciones del Gran Premio: El transporte, hospedaje, mejoras, alimentos, propinas, recuerdos, gastos incidentales y cualquier otro gasto no especificado en el presente documento serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. El acompañante podrá ser menor de edad únicamente si el padre, madre o tutor legal del menor es el ganador. El menor deberá estar acompañado en todo momento durante todos los eventos relacionados con el premio por su padre, madre o tutor legal. Se podrá requerir que los ganadores y sus acompañantes presenten una identificación oficial emitida por el gobierno antes de ingresar al partido. El canje de boletos puede requerir una aplicación móvil de boletaje digital y está sujeto a los términos y condiciones establecidos en dicha aplicación y en los propios boletos. Los ganadores podrán estar obligados a proporcionar una dirección de correo electrónico válida, descargar la aplicación móvil correspondiente en su dispositivo y presentar los boletos desde dicho dispositivo al ingresar al estadio. Los boletos otorgados como premio no podrán revenderse, ofrecerse para reventa ni utilizarse con fines comerciales o promocionales de ningún tipo. Cualquier reventa o uso comercial o promocional podrá resultar en la descalificación y pérdida del premio.

5. SORTEOS: Los posibles ganadores serán seleccionados mediante sorteos aleatorios, conforme se establece a continuación, entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período de Participación correspondiente a cada sorteo. Las probabilidades de ganar dependerán del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas. El Patrocinador y el Administrador determinarán, a su entera discreción, cuáles participaciones se considerarán válidas, y sus decisiones, así como los resultados de los sorteos, serán definitivos y vinculantes en todos los aspectos. Aunque el Patrocinador hará esfuerzos razonables para otorgar todos los premios, los premios no reclamados podrán no ser otorgados. Límite de un (1) premio por persona, dirección, número de teléfono y hogar durante todo el Período del Sorteo.

6. CONDICIONES GENERALES: Este Sorteo se rige por las leyes de los Estados Unidos y del Estado de Nueva York, sin consideración a los principios sobre conflictos de leyes. No se permitirá la sustitución de premios, la transferencia de premios a terceros ni el canje de premios no monetarios por dinero en efectivo, excepto según lo determine el Patrocinador a su entera discreción. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de sustituir un premio por otro de igual o mayor valor en caso de que cualquier parte del premio no esté disponible. Los premios no reclamados no serán otorgados. Como condición para participar en este Sorteo, usted acepta que cualquier disputa que no pueda resolverse entre las partes, así como cualquier causa de acción derivada de o relacionada con este Sorteo, se resolverá de manera individual, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de demanda colectiva, exclusivamente ante un tribunal ubicado en Nueva York con jurisdicción competente. 8. 9. NOTIFICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: Los posibles ganadores serán notificados mediante llamada telefónica o correo electrónico al número de teléfono o dirección de correo electrónico proporcionados al momento de participar.
